These terms govern the SMS messages 2LINKIT sends to mobile numbers provided to us. By giving us your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from us on the terms below.

What the programme is

2LINKIT sends customer care messages: replies to enquiries you have sent us, updates on support requests you have raised, and practical information about work we are doing for you. This is a conversational service programme. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under it.

How you join

You are enrolled when you give your mobile number directly to 2LINKIT — during onboarding, in email correspondence, or when you submit a support request — and are told we may reply by SMS. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

How often we message

Message frequency varies and depends on your enquiries. We only text you in response to, or in connection with, something you have contacted us about.

Cost

2LINKIT does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Contact your mobile operator if you are unsure about the charges on your plan.

How to stop or get help

Delivery

Delivery of SMS messages depends on your mobile operator’s network and is outside our control. We cannot guarantee that every message is delivered or delivered promptly, and you should not rely on SMS for time-critical or emergency matters.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are used only to send the messages described above, and are shared only with the messaging provider that transmits them on our behalf. We may update these terms. The current version is always published here, with the effective date at the top.
